Titchfield Art and Craft Show is another event that showcases art and craft from across the region. There is always a great variety of work on display and this always proves to be a very popular exhibition having established a reputation for high quality work. This is a great opportunity to come and meet and chat to the artists and makers with the option of buying a unique piece of art or craft.
Despite a very windy day, it was very busy at the Square Tower today and the first 'Crafts in the Tower' of the year proved a very positive start to 2013. We welcomed three new exhibitors, Hazel Taylor (textiles), Kelly Hickman (guilded art and cards) and Mei Liang (origami) as well as regular exhibitors Sharon Justice (jewellery), Di Wren (ceramics), Gary Renouf (wood turning) and Susan Meredith and Tracy Unwin (fine art). It should be an exciting year for 'Crafts in the Tower' with several new ventures being planned, including our involvement in the 'Portsmouth Festivities'. I'll keep you updated via the blog and events page as details are confirmed. If you are a local artist or designer and would like to exhibit your work at 'Crafts in the Tower' please get in touch via the Contact page.
The first 'Crafts in the Tower' of 2013 will be taking place this coming Sunday. As usual there will be a great variety of quality art and crafts and the pop-up vintage tea room will be open.

Sunday 11th November will be your last chance to see a selection of jewellery from my collections, currently on display at the Oxmarket Centre of Arts, Chichester. There is a variety of jewellery on display including classic and contemporary designs and some new pieces, including a collection of rock crystal and necklaces created with red creek jasper and bloodstone which are not yet featured in the online shop on the website. The Oxmarket is situated in the centre of Chichester, just off East Street next to the Little London car park. Just along from Marks and Spencer on East Street, is the Halifax and next to the Halifax is a short alley that leads to the Little London car par. The Oxmarket is at the end of this alleyway.
