It is however important to remember that colours are shown as a general guide and may vary slightly as each computer's monitor settings and technologies differ;.

Returns Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason your are not entirely satisfied, please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt so that I can rectify the situation. I am happy to refund or replace goods provided that the goods are returned unworn, in their original packaging and in the condition sent. I regret that due to reasons of health and hygiene that this does not apply to earrings.
Please check goods on delivery. Please notify me if any items are faulty or damaged within 7 days of receipt. They can be returned and will be replaced where possible or a full refund given. After this time I have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery.
Please note that I am not responsible for return postage and I would recommend that items are returned by Recorded Delivery as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and refunds can only be given on goods received by us.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing [email protected]. If your order has already been dispatched, as well as notifying us that you wish to cancel, you will also need to return the cancelled items at your own expense to the address given. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including any original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Katherine Webber Jewellery.

I offer a six month warranty with free repair on any items damaged through faulty workmanship.
Repairs caused by misuse or negligence can be made however a small charge will be made for this service.

By ordering from us, you agree that any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
